Refund policy

Custom grillz and made to order items
All custom grillz are made specifically for you using the mould you send back to us. Because of this, returns and refunds are not available once production begins.

Changing your mind or cancelling
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If production has not started yet, we will do our best to help. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Mould kit dispatch
Your mould kit is dispatched shortly after you place your order so you can start the process quickly.

Production start
Production begins as soon as your mould arrives back with us.

Damages issues or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right. Email us at Splash_grillz@hotmail.com and include your order number and clear photos.

Fit support
If there is a fitting issue, contact us and we will work with you to get it right. Email Splash_grillz@hotmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos and a short video can help us assess the fit properly.

Refunds
If a refund is approved for an eligible issue, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to show the funds.
